David Maloof
David spent his career at the highest levels of private equity and investment banking including Blackstone and J.P. Morgan where he worked across more than $50B of transactions. Insurance runs in his family: his father and grandfather both built their careers in the industry, giving him a firsthand understanding of what it means to build a brokerage and what owners deserve when it comes time to sell.
Parker Pearson
Parker is a licensed insurance broker and brokerage founder with 10+ years of experience in commercial transactions. Before entering the industry, he spent years at Google building and scaling software products — a background he now puts to work helping brokerage owners leverage technology to get their business in shape for sale, run efficient processes, and find the right long-term partner to support the next chapter of growth.
